Fyndex registreert bezoekersstatistieken (pageviews, sessieduur, verwijzingsbron) voor de websites die via het platform worden gehost. Dit gebeurt uitsluitend via server-side verwerking — er worden hiervoor géén cookies geplaatst op het apparaat van de bezoeker. De verzamelde gegevens zijn niet herleidbaar tot individuele personen na anonimisering van IP-adressen.

Het Fyndex-platform plaatst zelf geen cookies van derden (zoals van Google, Meta of andere advertentienetwerken). Indien de websitebeheerder zelf scripts of pixels van derden toevoegt aan zijn website, is de websitebeheerder als verwerkingsverantwoordelijke verantwoordelijk voor de naleving van de toepasselijke cookiewetgeving.

De found_session- en found_admin-cookies zijn strikt noodzakelijk voor de werking van het platform en vereisen geen toestemming (Artikel 129 §1 Wet Elektronische Communicatie, zoals gewijzigd). Fyndex records visitor statistics (page views, session duration, referral source) for websites hosted through the platform. This is done exclusively through server-side processing — no cookies are placed on the visitor's device for this purpose. Collected data is not traceable to individual persons after anonymisation of IP addresses.

The Fyndex platform does not itself place any third-party cookies (such as those from Google, Meta or other advertising networks). If the website owner adds third-party scripts or pixels to their website, the website owner, as data controller, is responsible for compliance with applicable cookie legislation.
